Units were dispatched to the 3900 block of Patuxent River Road in Davidsonville for a swift water rescue call - vehicle in the water with people inside.  Eng3 (Riva) arrived to confirm that a vehicle had drove on a closed road due to high water and became fully submerged with 3 people standing on the roof of the vehicle (2 adults & 1 child).  After a brief plan of attack was submitted, the small zodiac from DU23 was launched at the scene and all victims were rescued from the vehicle and brought back to dry land.  All 3 patients were transported to A.A.M.C. with non-life threatening injuries.
